Actioning Web Maintenance Requests
If you have any web changes you need to be actioned then you can send it through to your account manager. We’ll estimate how long the change will take and schedule it in as soon as possible. If the change will take us over the hours allocated for the maintenance budget we will let you know and give a quote at our hourly rate.

Website Change Recommendations
If the quarterly service is coming to an end and there is still time left for maintenance we will propose some website change recommendations. This can be anything from SEO changes to bug fixes.
